About me…

Hi, I’m Nicole, and I’ve been passionate about real estate since buying my first home with my husband in 2007. That experience sparked a lifelong love for helping others navigate the home buying, selling, and investing process. Today, with over 17 years of experience, I’m a licensed broker, a real estate investor, and a dedicated mom of three.

As both an agent and an investor, I bring a unique perspective to the table. I’ve walked in my clients’ shoes—whether it’s finding the perfect family home, managing a rental property, or making that first leap into real estate investing. I currently own two long-term rentals and two short-term rentals, which I self-manage. Over the years, I’ve gained a wealth of knowledge in renovations, maximizing rent rolls, and keeping properties consistently booked. I also co-host for other property owners, sharing what I’ve learned to help them succeed.

In addition to helping buyers and sellers, I love assisting clients in setting up their Airbnb and midterm furnished rentals for maximum ROI. From design and staging to creating a seamless guest experience, I take pride in helping property owners turn their investments into successful, income-generating spaces.

What sets me apart is my ability to blend professional expertise with personal experience. I know the challenges and rewards of real estate firsthand, and I’m passionate about helping my clients achieve their goals—whether that’s building wealth through investing, selling a cherished property, or finding a dream home.

When I’m not working with clients or managing my properties, I love running, reading, and baking. Especially chocolate chip cookies!
